Having lived & worked across three continents, Jon is passionate about helping companies & organizations discover and develop young top global talent, as well as helping individuals uncover opportunities that will make them excel. Being embedded in the faculty and a trusted advisor to some of the top universities (NUS, NTU, Yale-NUS) and business schools (Cambridge, INSEAD, IE) keeps him in touch with the next generation’s hopes, dreams & fears.

Alvin Lim – Director and Treasurer

Alvin is passionate about data analytics, tech and people. As Head of Activation Solutions at Universum, Alvin works closely with senior leaders in public service and Fortune 500 to uncover and bring the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life. A true T-shaped consulting professional with 14 years of experience across marketing communications and consulting, Alvin specialises in strategy, research and digital transformation work, that addresses recruitment pain points and ultimately delivers a quality candidate experience. His diverse experiences include business process improvement, financial reporting & analysis. Prior to relocating back to his native Singapore, Alvin was based in Sydney and Melbourne for many years, where he led various teams to implement full-stack ERP and CRM tech. He's served as an active member of the SEAAGE Committee since 2016. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, playing the bass and is always up for some tennis. You can always find him tinkering with all things tech – from bicycles to computers.

Sufiartie Sudyono – Director and Events/Partnerships Lead

Sufiartie has over seven years of working experience in recruitment, program management and learning & development, across the financial services, technology and aviation sectors. She is currently with J.P. Morgan as the APAC University Relations Lead, focusing on candidate engagements, and manages the end to end intern and graduate recruiting initiative for the Wholesale Payments and Global Corporate Banking business across APAC. Passionate on the issues of youth development and the growth of the graduate recruiting space in Southeast Asia, Sufiartie is an HR volunteer for Young Mendaki Club’s PEER mentorship program and has been an active committee member with SEAAGE since 2016.

Ishy Chaudhary – Committee Member

Ishy has over 15 years experience in the Talent Acquisition industry working across IT recruitment agencies in Australia, and for the last 7.5 years at Microsoft. In this time her roles have covered Asia markets (SEA, ANZ, India, Japan and China). Ishy’s most recent position is APJ University Recruiting Manager, covering SEA, ANZ, and Japan. Her role entails partnering closely with Business Leaders and HR Leaders to land both University and early in career strategies, to help ensure Microsoft reflects a balanced workforce where early in career talent grows and thrives. She leads a team of Recruiters and operational staff to execute on Microsoft’s mission to inclusively source, hire and empower the next generation of talent. Her commitment to the SEAAGE committee is to bring her experience and insights in an environment where learnings can be shared with like minded professionals for the greater good of the early-in-career industry in SEA.

Shaff Said – Content Lead

Shaff is currently an Early Career Recruiter in Visa, after pivoting her career in recruiting from Tech. She is passionate about preparing the next generation for the world of work and graduate employers in developing early-in-career students to be future leaders. Being an early-in-career herself, she aims to bridge the gap between young talent, organisations and education institutions in the region. On the personal front, Shaff loves playing sports, travelling the world and is also a coffee enthusiast!

Alicia Chew – Research Lead

Alicia is currently serving at Yale-NUS College as a Senior Programme Manager at the Career Office. She brings with her over a decade of work experience in Human Resources, Executive Search and Career Advisory across various sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Higher Education. As an individual who sees work as an extension of who we are and a platform for self-actualisation, Alicia aspires to facilitate and equip early talent in their pursuit of a worthwhile career. On the personal front, her spirit of inquiry led her to new experiences such as singing, floristry, theology and recently, coding.

Esabella Yeung – Website and Community Management

Esabella currently leads employer branding and talent attraction at Philips across ASEAN Pacific. Prior to joining Philips, Esabella had more than 8 years’ experience across marketing and employer branding across human resource consultancies, private aviation and banking. She brings deep regional and global experience, having worked across markets in Southeast Asia, Greater China, EMEA and the Americas with Robert Walters, Hays and OCBC. Esabella received a Bachelors’ in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. Her professional interests lie in employee experience, culture building, sustainability and talent development. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet movie nights and a glass of wine.

Anna Fourie
Exco Years of Service: 2015-2020

As part of Microsoft's Talent Acquisition team, Anna leads talent sourcing for EMEA. Translating global hiring strategies into local business needs, she leads a dynamic team of Talent Sourcers to engage with the best talent throughout the region. Previously located in Singapore as the APAC & Australia University Recruitment Lead, Anna's role focused on identifying the best early in career talent to join our regional internship and graduate programs. Prior to her relocation to Singapore, she gained her experience in the UK and Australia within recruitment (graduate), outplacement, coaching and training. Her free time is dedicated to her family and pursuing their shared passion of sailing and travelling, experiencing new countries and cultures. Anna has held the position of both Chair and Vice-Chair within the SEAAGE Committee and has been instrumental in growing SEAAGE over her six-year involvement.

Sally Higham
Exco Years of Service: 2015-2019

Sally is an established campus and lateral employer branding and marketing specialist, with a vast number of years and knowledge of the graduate life cycle. As Head of Talent Attraction at Lonza, Sally develops strong relationships with stakeholders globally, delivering EVPs, sourcing and digital strategies. Prior to her move to Europe, Sally developed and defined Talent Brands for both experienced hire and graduate hiring for Australasia and Singapore. She is an experienced and adept line manager and mentor, and can bring the best out of a diverse range of individuals. Sally has held the position of both Vice-Chair and most recently, Chair (FY19) at SEAAGE and together with Anna, has been hugely instrumental in helping to grow SEAAGE from strength to strength.
