Sally is an established employer branding and marketing specialist, with a vast number of years and knowledge of the graduate life cycle. Currently working at British American Tobacco in Singapore, developing and defining the Talent Brand for both experienced hire and graduate hiring for Australasia and Singapore. Staring out in London and working at a variety of advertising agencies along with some time in regional and trade media, then moving to Singapore 6 years ago. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of seeing as much of the region as possible. Running is a recent passion.

Prior to relocating to Singapore, Alvin was based in Sydney and Melbourne where he worked as a management accountant and business analyst, and founded a Sydney-based e-commerce startup.

Gemma is a passionate early talent professional and has over ten years experience in Human Resources and graduate talent in Australia, most recently leading the graduate attraction and selection team at Deloitte.
Having relocated to Singapore in 2017, Gemma has been appointed to lead early talent programs for SAP in the APJ region as part of SAP’s global early talent team.
Gemma has previously held the position of Director for the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) and regularly creates content for early talent professionals, shared via LinkedIn.
Outside of work, Gemma spends her time with her young children, drinking coffee (a true Melburnian at heart!) and is beginning to explore incredible destinations across South East Asia.
Isabella currently leads Expedia's Global Early Talent function, across Asia Pacific, and is responsible for building and shaping Expedia Group's early careers presence both in the region, and globally. Isabella is a 'true-blooded' graduate recruitment professional with over 16 years of international graduate recruitment experience in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific, working across multiple sectors.

Katy joined INSEAD in February 2017 as the Global Director of the Career Development Centre. Katy leads a team of professionals across three campuses (Fontainebleau, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi) responsible for career coaching, employer engagement, and day-to-day career-related operations. She is overseeing the design and roll-out of a new MBA careers curriculum and serves as a member of INSEAD’s senior management team and degree program leadership team, contributing to cross-school initiatives.
